Finding this fascinating structure is a delightful journey in itself! As you leave Dublin Airport, follow the signs for the M1 motorway towards the city centre and M50. Merge onto the M50 Southbound. After about 12 kilometers, merge left to follow signs for the N7/M7 towards Limerick.

Stay on the M7 for approximately 184 kilometers, passing through various towns like Portlaoise and Nenagh. Keep following signs for Limerick. Take the Exit for the M18 Motorway. Near Limerick, take Exit 30 to merge onto the M18 towards Ennis/Galway.

Drive northwest on the M18 for about 40 kilometers. Take Exit 15 for the N67 towards Ballyvaughan. Continue on the N67 for approximately 15 kilometers. You'll be driving through the scenic Burren region.

As you approach Ballyvaughan, you'll see signs for Newtown Castle. The castle is located just off the R480 road. Follow these signs to your destination.

The total drive is around 240 kilometers and typically takes about 3 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.
